Nice RV spot. Not too far from Dallas and most importantly my Daughter and her family. They have many nice amenities like free laundry and Wi-Fi (though wifi is extremely slow), very nice dog park, stocked pond with great fishing, horses and chickens on the ranch grounds, and a great spot for large picnics and campfires! They are currently doubling the size of the RV spaces (completion due mid December 2017) and they will surely be filled, as there are many long term residents here. Owner and camp workers are very nice and responsive. Only negatives would be the large sizes gravel, making it difficult to get comfortable on OUR patio, and the poor wifi.
Scheduled for four nights, leaving after one. Scary. Nice enough dog park but all mulch - no bags or trash can so those who did walk their dogs did not clean up. Nice enough if you want to fish in the pond, but otherwise, almost all full timers in tiny trailers, all gravel, small sites too close to any other rig. We have a 40 foot motorhome and felt like we were packed in. Water pressure was the worst we've ever seen - taking a shower with just a dribble of water.
